How do I get started with JKM?

Do you build both homes and commercial space?
Yes. The same team builds custom homes, remodels, additions and ADUs, and commercial work such as tenant improvements and medical and dental build-outs. See all services or the commercial page.
Can I get a rough price before we talk?
For 21 kinds of projects, yes. The Estimate Desk gives a planning band, not a bid, and a site visit sets the number. Custom homes, whole-home remodels and garages and shops are not in the Desk, because they depend too heavily on the site and the design.
