Who runs this site
jkmbuild.com is run by JKM Construction LLC, a general contractor based in Poulsbo, Washington. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
Information, not advice or a bid
Everything on the site is general information. Project descriptions, service pages and guides explain how work usually goes; they do not describe a specific building or promise a specific result.
- Estimate Desk numbers are planning ranges. They are not a bid, a quote, a price guarantee or an offer. A site visit and a written estimate set the number.
- Permit and code notes are a starting point. Rules change and differ by lot. Confirm requirements with the city or county that issues your permit before you rely on them.
- Nothing here is legal, engineering or architectural advice.
A construction contract is a separate document
Work begins only under a written agreement signed by you and JKM Construction LLC. Using this website, filling in a form or receiving an Estimate Desk range does not create that agreement.
What you send us
When you send a request, you confirm that the information is yours to share and is accurate to the best of your knowledge. How we handle it is described in our privacy notice.
Our content and yours
The text, logo, layout and images on this site belong to JKM Construction LLC or are used with permission. You may link to any page and quote short passages with a link back. Please ask before copying more than that or using our logo.
Links to other sites
We link to city, county and state websites and to a few other organizations. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they publish.
No warranty and limits on liability
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided as it is, without promises that it is complete, current or always online.
